The regular registration rate includes the EAMSA regular membership fee (€80) for 2026, lunches, tea & coffee breaks, a conference dinner and a study visit.	The registration rate for a student includes the EAMSA student membership fee (€40) for 2026, lunches, tea & coffee breaks, a conference dinner and a study visit.

Cancellation policy: If you register as a private individual, and provided that you do not register for an event in your capacity as a trader or on behalf of a trader, you have the right to cancel your registration in pursuance of section 19 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

The cancellation period is 14 days, and the period will generally be counted as from the day on which you registered for the conference. If you need to cancel your registration, first, please email eamsa2025@cbs.dk. Cancellations received less than 21 days before the first day of the event (including the pre-conference event) are non-refundable.
